    Assistant or Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior and Entrepreneurship

    The Conrad Business, Entrepreneurship and Technology Centre (Conrad) at the University of Waterloo invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in Entrepreneurship and Organizational Behavior, at the rank of Assistant Professor. In the case of an exceptional candidate, an appointment at the rank of Associate Professor or Full Professor will be considered. The anticipated start date is July 1, 2018. Conrad will consider applicants with PhDs in Entrepreneurship, Organizational Behavior, Strategy, Management, or related cognate disciplines. Those with successful entrepreneurial, consulting, or senior managerial work experience outside the academy will be viewed especially favorably.

    We seek individuals who have demonstrated both the capacity and drive to publish in top- tier research outlets, and a passion for teaching and coaching students. Duties include research, teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels, and coaching student entrepreneurs. Teaching duties will likely be in the areas of Entrepreneurship, Leadership and/or consulting of different kinds, as appropriate to the successful candidate's expertise and Conrad's teaching needs. An entrepreneurial outlook and interest in active engagement with colleagues and students in the growth and life of Conrad are essential. We seek candidates who will further reinforce Conrad's positive, supportive, proactive, can-do culture.

    The salary range for this position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor is $100,000.00 to $150,000.00. Negotiations beyond this salary range will be considered for exceptionally qualified candidates.
