Soaring against the odds: An exploration of the strategies of high-growth Black and Hispanic entrepreneurs
We focus on high growth minority entrepreneurs and ventures instead of the smaller firms most commonly studied. By generating debate, discussion and new research collaborations, the goal is to expand our understanding of how these entrepreneurs overcome incredible obstacles and determine how these findings can be generalized.
