A group of late-career and senior scholars are working up this year's version of the Entrepreneurship Division's Late-Career Consortium. This consortium focuses on faculty variously described as late career, PhD+25, senior scholars, full professors, long-time associate professors, or generally those-working-past-mid-career.
This year we hope to do the PDW as a breakout session, with nine tables, each with a different theme and organizer. Those organizers include ENT stalwarts are Frank Hoy, Barbara Bird, William Gartner, Jerry Katz, Zoltan Acs, Ariane Froidevaux, Kimberly Eddleston, Scott Safranski, and Bob Ford from CASS. We are looking for 9 volunteers who would be willing to serve as facilitators at each of the tables. Facilitators will be the table's timekeeper and scribe, and back up the table's organizer in making sure those who want to get involved have a chance.
Remember you will need to promise to attend the AOM meeting in Chicago. And at this point we do not know when the PDW will occur. I could be Friday or Saturday, August 10 or 11.
If you are interested, please email your name and how you'd like to be listed in the PDW proposal to Jerry Katz at katzja@slu.edu.
Thanks for your interest!
Jerry Katz
