  • 1.  ENTREP Listserv Update

    Posted 11-30-2017 16:42
    Hi,

I hope this email finds you well.  Thank you all for your input and for sharing your concerns.  I am waiting on an email from Kerry Ignatz at the Academy office to forward to the group to detail how we will move forward. However, in short, they heard our concerns and want to be responsive to them. They are going to postpone the launch of Connect until January while they consider the best way to move forward given our concerns and the technology of the Connect platform.

The current plan is that once they have devised a set of potential solutions they will meet virtually with the Entrepreneurship Division's Executive Committee to get our feedback before moving forward.  Please rest assured that the Executive Committee shares many of the concerns voiced here and will represent the needs of our members.

Thank you again for sharing your concerns for us to take to Academy.  Based on our conversations, I have every confidence they will work diligently to craft a solution that meets the needs of our members and of the broader constituencies that engage with the Listserv.

More information will be shared as it is forthcoming.  Please feel free to share any comments and concerns you may have.

      Best Regards,

    Lou

I have read about AoM@connect ... i believe its not the substitute for Listserv ... "Save the Listserv" ... Is it possible to continue Listserv and AoM@connect at the same time?
