MANAGEMENT AND LATIN AMERICA –
CALL FOR PAPERS FOR JOURNAL SPECIAL ISSUES
Follow up to 52nd CLADEA Aseembly 2017 Conference, October 17-19m 2017, Riverside, California

The Latin American Council of Schools of Administration – CLADEA – is The CLADEA is one of the most important networks of Business Schools Worldwide. With 230 plus affiliated institutions, Its mission is to promote interaction among higher education institutions and international organizations dedicated to furthering teaching and research related to Latin America. The CLADEA 52nd Annual Assembly was held from October 17-19, 2017 in Riverside, California. The central theme of this year's Annual Assembly was "Breaking the Mold: Anticipating the Challenges of Global Education".
In celebration of CLADEA's first-ever hosting in the Western USA, editors of eleven leading journals in Latin America and other regions have arranged to bring special issues of their journals, dedicated to research that has implications for management and public administration in Latin America. Many of these journals accept submissions in Portuguese or Spanish as well, besides English.
To ensure an inclusive participation of colleagues who were not able to join us at CLADEA 2017, but are committed to the vision of breaking the mold, we are inviting open contributions to seven of these eleven journal special issues. To be considered for a special issue, the paper must be original and must be submitted by December 31, 2017. Guidelines for submissions are given below.
1. IJSM - Iberoamerican Journal of Strategic Management
Special issue - CLADEA 2017.
The journal aims to publish original research in order to contribute to the promotion and dissemination of knowledge in the field of strategy. The IJSM challenges potential authors to produce high-quality distinguished research, well grounded in theory and with high methodological rigour.
Language: Papers may be submitted in English, Portuguese or Spanish.

2. RAE - Revista de Administração de Empresas/ Review of Business Administration
RAE is interested in publishing papers that are theoretical in their development, empirical works and essays. We accept contributions in the fields of business administration and related areas.

3. RGBN - Review of Business Management
RGBM is aimed at the dissemination and promotion of scientific debate in Business Administration and Accounting. The papers must contribute to the improvement of management Theory

4. PPJBR - Pan-Pacific Journal of Business Research
PPJBR pursues theoretical and empirical research on all areas of business and economics, including Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Management, Operation Management, Information Systems, and Global/International Business

5. BPR - Business Perspectives and Research (Sage)
BPR aims to publish conceptual, empirical and applied research. The empirical research published in BPR focuses on testing, extending and building management theory.

IJBEM publishes business-related articles in the context of developing countries and emerging markets.
