Pam Mayer, Ph.D.

Pam Mayer is an executive coach with the Leadership Development Institute at Eckerd College and owner of Leadership Vitality, a consulting psychology practice which serves executives and their leadership teams. Her longstanding interest in the topic of entrepreneurial mindset began in graduate school and has continued throughout her career. Pam received her undergraduate degree from Old Dominion University, a master's degree from Penn State and a doctorate from the University of South Florida.
