I was invited to redesign an AACSB graduate course in ENT, so I'm looking for short, mid-sized and large cases on:
. "Idea to product / service" eg. from inspiration to solution
. "Team growth" eg. a 2 people team to 10 people or 10 people to 500 people...
. "Revenue growth" eg. no revenue to USD1mi, USD1mi. to USD5mi.
. "Client acquisition" eg. from 0 to the first 50 clients"
. "Career Transition" eg. from a ''corporate career" to "entrepreneurship"
. "Software selection / implementation" eg. from controlling stuff on Excel to CRM...
. "Process design and implementation" eg. from scratch to a new process
. "Hiring the 1st big suppliers" or "outsourcing"
I'm looking for HBR (and similar quality) cases to incorporate on a 10-class course, for 25-35 year old analysts, coordinators and junior managers.
I'll share the results.
