We are currently hiring two postdocs in entrepreneurship, innovation or strategy. The positions are fully-funded two-year (1+1) positions.
Our offer includes a competitive salary, one of the world's most attractive welfare packages, and a collegial atmosphere. We want you to continue to publish within your area of interest, but we are also eager to have you write with us. Our faculty has published in many of the field's top journals, often in collaboration with junior scholars. Teaching (bachelor, master, PhD) up to 20% is offered, but not required, and we expect you to aim for at least one top level publication (ABS4), or two ABS3 publications during your stay. To support your work, we will pay for at least one major international conference per year (travel, accommodation, conference fee).
You should have recently finished or be close to defending your PhD thesis. We believe you have data and manuscripts based on your thesis that you intend to complete during your postdoc at Chalmers.
Apart from opportunities to interact with experienced local faculty, you will also have access to a number of "lab environments" were you can collect data or run experiments, e.g. Chalmers School of Entrepreneurship, the Center of Higher Ambition Leadership, Chalmers Ventures or the accelerator program Scale Global.
You will work at Chalmers (Campus Johanneberg), which is located in downtown Gothenburg, steeped with centuries old buildings. From campus there is walking distance to opera, theatres, cinemas etc. There is good public transport, biking lanes and non-congested car commuting.
