    Dear Colleagues,

Are you interested in learning a new statistical tool or Innovative analytical approaches in tourism marketing studies? If yes, read on.

Association of North America Higher Education International (ANAHEI), a non-profit organization is proud to offer two FREE webinars to the academic community. Please register to attend them live (please register even if you cannot attend the webinars live, you will be sent a link to the recording of the webinar).

Webinar #1: WrapPLS: An Introduction (July 18, 2017 at 10am EST- New York Time)
    Presenter: S. Mostafa Rasoolimanesh, Ph.D.
Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is a statistical approach to analyze a hypothetical framework. It allows a researcher to test and develop theories, and to test the relationships between latent variables on the conceptual model. PLS-SEM, a major type of SEM, can handle theory development and is lenient towards model's assumption of data normality and sample size. PLS-SEM is a variance-based approach and aims to maximize the explained variance of the dependent latent constructs. Hence, PLS-SEM is preferred when a researcher wants to predict the construct and identify relationship between them. WarpPLS software package is a powerful non-linear package to perform PLS-SEM.. Webinar #2: Innovative analytical approaches in tourism marketing studies(July 28, 2017 at 11am EST- New York Time)
    Presenter: Hossein Olya, PhD
This webinar focuses on discussing new methods - namely qualitative comparative analyses (QCA) and necessary condition analysis (NCA) - in tourism marketing studies. QCA, which bridges the gulf between quantitative and qualitative methods, explores the sufficient and consistent combination of the causal indicators leading to the given outcome. It will be explained how this approach generates new knowledge and addresses several assumptions of asymmetrical modeling. NCA will be introduced as a pragmatic method for identifying necessary factors for reaching the model outcome. The application of these methods will be exemplified from tourism studies. The software for QCA and NCA will be advised... [Read more http://anahei.org/webinar-lectures/]
