    Dear Colleagues,

It is with great pleasure that we let you know the draft program is now
prepared for the 2008 Meeting of the United States Association for Small
    Business and Entrepreneurship (USASBE).

You can access the USASBE 2008 Program online by going to
    http://www.usasbe.org/conference/2008/program/

The Program Committee’s goal is to have our best conference program
yet---and we believe that has been achieved. Our theme this year is “The
Global Entrepreneurial Revolution: A New Vision.” With 90 competitive
papers, 46 workshops and symposia, and 18 competitive teaching cases being
presented, it should be an engaging and enriching four days. We had a
record number of submissions this year, resulting in one of our lowest
    acceptance rates to date.

Our keynoters include Guy Kawasaki, Cordia Harrington, Saras Sarasvathy,
Arthur Brooks, Marjorie Smeltsor, and Jeff Stamp. The national finalists
in terms of model entrepreneurship programs, outstanding entrepreneurship
course and outstanding entrepreneurship pedagogy will be presenting. Seven
special pre-conferences will also be available, including USASBE’s
first-ever doctoral consortium. And all the better, you’ll find the Westin
La Cantera Resort (www.westinlacantera.com) to be a fabulous venue.

I hope you will choose to join us in San Antonio from January 10-13, 2008.
