    Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to invite you to the professional development workshop titled "Crowdfunding PDW", sponsored by the ENT and TIM divisions. This PDW wants to bring together researchers involved and interested in crowdfunding research in order to build and strengthen a crowdfunding community. This will be done via an initial presentation by prominent scholars in the area followed by group discussions on relevant topics.

    TIME:  Saturday, Aug 5 2017, 8:00AM - 9:30AM

    LOCATION: Hilton Atlanta Room 202

ATTENDEES: Anyone currently doing research on crowdfunding or interested in the topic

FORMAT: We will start with presentations by five scholars who have extensively published on crowdfunding. They will each share their perspective, discuss their own research and highlight the main challenges of crowdfunding research. Subsequently, we will break up in small groups that allow participants to better interact with faculty panelists and to discuss emerging research directions and opportunities.
