Dear ENT Members
As you may know, we went through the five-year review (2012-2016) this year. From September 2016 to February 2017 a review committee including Christina Guenther, Siri Terjesen, Carlo Salvato, Harry Sapienza, Mike Wright and Alain Fayolle (Chair of the review committee) worked hard to make the review, craft and send the report by February 6. Every five years each AOM division has to undertake a review process aiming at reflecting on the future orientations, developments and the whole strategy of the division, taking into consideration the opportunities and challenges which could be addressed. After the submission, AOM reviews the report in order to make a decision about renewing or not the division for another five years. The AOM feedback also provides the division with a set of recommendations.
I am happy to report that the AOM has approved the ENT division's five-year review report 2012-2016 and consequently renewed the ENT as a division for the next five years (2017-2021). Here are a few of the strengths underlined by the AOM review committee:

- High level of member satisfaction;
- Ambitious set of future plans »
