    DRUID 2017 (NYU) PDW

    (Monday 12th June 900am-12pm)

Employee Mobility & Entrepreneurship: Where We've Been and What's Next

We are pleased to announce the Employee Mobility and Entrepreneurship PDW at the 2017 DRUID annual meeting. The meeting aims to bring together leading researchers in the field of mobility and entrepreneurship to discuss recent developments and future opportunities in the field.

    11:30 - 11:55 Regroup and Q&As

    11:55 - 12:00 Closing-up (Organizers)

    Individual panelist presentations:

The individual panelist presentations are designed to allow our distinguished panelists  share some of the most important insights from their specific work, and to ascertain where the future lies   for the field   . Ideally we hope that PDW participants walk away with a solid understanding of where we have been   and   where some of the opportunities lie.

     Topical Breakouts

If the prior session is about determining where we've been and where we might go, the topical breakouts   are designed to be small group discussions that address the question of how we might get there. The answers could be methodological, data driven, incorporate theory from other realms, etc...The goal is to foster discussion in smaller groups based around a common theme, for example around mobility and innovation or firm performance, or around founders, joiners, and spinouts  , and to make some progress  on   how to move towards the opportunities identified by the panelists in the first session.

    Registration
