    Dear Colleagues,

    We are excited to invite you to join the Global Conference on Services Management (GLOSERV 2017), which will be held during October 3-7, 2017 at SIAF, International School of Advanced Education campus in Volterra, Italy. Volterra is a historical town in the heart of Tuscany region of Italy. GLOSERV Conferences are organized by Association of North America Higher Education International (ANAHEI) & Institute for Research on Innovation and Services for Development, Italy and sponsored by University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee, USA; University of Delaware, USA, and University of Memphis.
