Hello all,
I am a Ph. D. student looking at various elements of fit for
new ventures. As part of this work, I would like to look at
Person-Job fit in new ventures, but there does not appear to
be much about this concept published (that I can find).
Tangentially, I am interested in any work about job analysis
or job descriptions as performed in new ventures. Does
anyone know of any work suggesting whether this is done as
frequently in NV as in established firms [I would
intuitively imagine not, but data is always handy :)].
If anyone has any suggestions about work in this domain or
has some pipeline-manuscripts they wouldn't mind sharing,
please reply to me offlist (
SEdelson@temple.edu) to avoid
cluttering the listserv.
If you would like a compilation of articles suggested to me,
send me an email and I will be glad to send that to you, or
perhaps I can post a compiled list in a week or so to avoid
everyone getting many emails :)
Cheers! Steve
