Organization Theory/Organization Behavior
The Organization and Management Area of the Paul Merage School of Business
at the University of California, Irvine is seeking to fill one (1) tenure-
track position at the Assistant or newly tenured Associate Professor level,
to begin on July 1, 2008. The position will be filled by an individual
actively conducting research who can teach core and elective courses in
organizational behavior, with a preferred research program in organization
theory. Applications from advanced Assistant Professors and new Associate
Professors welcomed. The School is committed to research and scholarship
with teaching responsibilities in Ph.D., MBA and Undergraduate Programs. A
Ph.D. in a relevant discipline is required. Salary will be commensurate
with experience.
The Organization and Management faculty have long been recognized for their
research and scholarship. The School places its Ph.D. student graduates in
the best research universities, and its MBA Program has risen in the
rankings based on its reputation for preparing students for careers based
