Book release at the Second World Conference,
Designing for Value-Creation, Sustainability, and Social Well-Being
    July 13-19, in Toronto.
    See our website: http://www.GlobalRO.org.

There is nothing more useful to academics in every field of
management than a comprehensive, theory of organization design,
    management processes and practices.

While T. Edwards Deming gave us the quality management system that
focuses on horizontal relationships, Wilfred Brown and Elliott Jaques
gave us requisite organization that focuses primarily on the vertical
dimension of organizations but provides the framework that supports
effective quality and process re-engineering efforts.

The largest Lean Six Sigma project in the world happens to be in the
same organization with the world's largest requisite organization
project. They find that initiating their organization transformation
effort by applying requisite organization principles and following
with Lean Six Sigma significantly enhances the impact of Six Sigma
    interventions.

Come to the conference July 17th to hear the story
