Assistant/Associate Professor in Management - Organizational Behavior
Responsibilities
The Department of Management in the Erivan K. Haub School of Business at <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:city w:st="on">Saint Joseph</st1:city></st1:place>'s University is currently recruiting for one tenure-track position at the Assistant/Associate level in Organizational Behavior effective August 2008. We are particularly interested in applicants who have competencies and interests in entrepreneurship with a secondary interest in either conflict/negotiations or diversity.
<st1:place w:st="on"><st1:city w:st="on">Saint Joseph</st1:city></st1:place>'s University is a private, Catholic, and Jesuit institution and expects members of its community to be knowledgeable about its mission and to make positive contributions to that mission. The university total enrollment is approximately 7,700 students. The Haub School of Business is AACSB accredited with more than 50 full-time faculty and approximately 45 percent of the student body. U.S. News and World Report has ranked the part-time MBA program Number 1 in the <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:city w:st="on">Philadelphia</st1:city></st1:place> area. Qualifications
This position requires a Ph.D.; applicants that are ABD and in the data collection phase or later of their doctorate studies may be considered. Excellent teaching skills are essential and the successful applicant will teach at the undergraduate and graduate levels, with opportunities to teach in the Executive Programs. Applicants must show a proven research record or demonstrate evidence of strong potential.
