    Hello All,

My name is Kathryn Ostermeier and I am a PhD Candidate in Management at the University of North Texas. I am currently working on my dissertation and would like to request your participation in my pilot study. My dissertation examines dual identification, specifically when an individual identifies with both their organization and with their profession.

If you are willing, I'd greatly appreciate you taking my survey, which is anonymous and includes no identifying information. It should only take 10-15 minutes of your time. The survey will close on Tuesday (4/11) at 11:55PM CST.
