Need a reason to go to Vegas over Memorial Day weekend? Read on!

You be the JUDGE! We are delighted to invite you to serve on the judging panel at Henderson, NV (a suburb of Las Vegas) on May 26-28, 2017.

Students for the Advancement of Global Entrepreneurship. Our mission is to create the next generation of entrepreneurial leaders whose innovations and social enterprises address the major unmet needs of our global community.

What Does a SAGE Judge Do?  You will serve on a panel which evaluates the quality of a high school team's four-page annual report and its 13-minute multimedia presentation. Judges instructions will be given before the teams compete.

You can choose to stay at the Sunset Station, where the event takes place, or Holiday Inn Express in Henderson. Ask for the SAGE rate. Depending on the hotel, the SAGE rates are about $129 to $139 per night plus 13% tax. SAGE pays for the Friday night welcome reception and meals all day on Saturday. Business attire is recommended.

Please share this note with business leaders/entrepreneurs who are interested in (1) having university students work with high school students in the area of entrepreneurship and/or (2) reaching out to high schools to attract business/entrepreneurship majors to your university. We expect a between 50-75 judges, consisting of successful business leaders, entrepreneurs, and educators. We would be honored to have you join us.

Winners of this event advance to the SAGE World Cup event in Odessa, Ukraine on August 10-14. We anticipate 20 countries to be represented (keynote speaker will once again be Ndaba Mandela, the grandson of Nelson Mandela). If you want more details, simply reply to this message and say, "More details please!"

    Curt
