The University of Central Florida Department of Management invites
applications for two non-tenure, Lecturer positions. The primary
teaching assignment for the first position will be an introductory
survey course in Management starting Fall 2007. The start date for the
second position can be delayed until January 2008. Individuals
interested in a one year or one semester visiting position (rank open)
are also encouraged to apply. Opportunities to teach graduate
entrepreneurship courses may also be available.
The minimum teaching load will be three courses per semester. Applicants
must have a PhD in Management or related field from an accredited
institution (AACSB preferred) prior to start date. In addition,
candidates should have a proven record of teaching a variety of
university level management courses. Prior experience teaching an
Introduction to Management survey course and use of Web-CT (or similar
platform) will also be considered.
