We are in the midst of looking at increasing the PhD recruits in our division. I am exploring how to best attract high quality PhD applicants. In doing so I'm reaching out to gather your insights into best practices and experiences with respect to any particular practices/strategies that you have found work well (and those that have not worked well!).
