Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship
The position RSM Erasmus University (the Netherlands) seeks candidates for a faculty position in Entrepreneurship at the Assistant Professor level. We are looking for an all-round candidate with a broad research interest in the field of entrepreneurship and for teaching affinity with creativity, opportunity identification, new venture creation and planning, and business development). A successful candidate must demonstrate promise of becoming an outstanding scholar in every respect, both in research and in teaching. Candidates should preferably have a solid disciplinary foundation (e.g. sociology, psychology or economics), a familiarity with the field of entrepreneurship and bordering areas in organisation studies, business policy and innovation management. To be considered for this position, you should have sufficient (recent) publications in leading journals. If you meet our criteria, RSM Erasmus University enables you to spend 40 to 60% of your time on research. Additional funding for data-collection, conference attendance, and research-assistants is available on a competitive basis. You will teach in our MScBA programme in Entrepreneurship and in RSM's MBA programme. Experience with executive education is valued.
