    Apologies for cross-postings

We seek female faculty who have had a child within the past five years, to help participate by taking an online survey for the following research project:  "Investigating the Enhanced Impact and Abilities of Mothers who Return to Work."

With this project, we hope to:

    -  learn more about the experience of women returning to work in academia after having or adopting a child

    - contribute to scholarship on the working parent experience (and related organizational practices) more broadly

    - ultimately, help shape practitioner understanding and public policy regarding these important issues

Our public officials are finally starting to talk about paid parental leave... you have the opportunity to help advance empirical understanding of these issues, which can help inform their decisions!

The survey takes about 15 minutes, and can be accessed here:    https://jhubusiness.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_6QXg3NzCFFRcrkh

Please help to spread the word - you can forward this email and link to people you know who are, or could help find, appropriate participants.

    Any questions, please contact dana.sumpter@csulb.edu

    Thanks so much,

    Dana
