    Dear All,

I am working on a project and looking for information about multipliers used for small business valuations. While I do understand that these are often industry specific, if anyone has any insight about more generalized information (data sources and/or citations) that would be extremely helpful.

Please feel free to email me directly.

Thank you very much for your help.

A good discussion of these can be found in "Private Capital Markets" by Slee. Also the annual Pepperdine Private Capital Markets Reports keeps tabs on what is happening in mergers and acquisitions.
