    The Jönköping International Business School (JIBS) is seeking a Professor in "Entrepreneurship with special attention to rural areas" (full time position).

    The candidate to the position is expected to provide excellence in research and teaching within the field of entrepreneurship (broadly defined as “the development and renewal of societies, economies, regions, and individual economic agents”) and with special attention to entrepreneurship in rural areas. The applicant is expected to be willing to further develop the rural area dimension of entrepreneurship.

    Qualifications: The candidate should have a relevant PhD degree (in Business Administration, Economics, Behavioral Science or related areas) and teaching and research experience matching the profile of JIBS and within the field of entrepreneurship. Business and international experience as well as experiences from administration and/or academic institutions (including centers) are seen as advantageous. Professional command of the English language is a requirement.
