    My name is Michael G. McVey. I am a Doctoral Candidate at Penn State University, and the focus of this short (10 minute) survey is to determine how management faculty overcome potential resistance to teaching in online educational formats and understand how this may or may not impact teaching practices in their face-to-face environment.
