    Dear all:

We have the possibility of running and accessing a great amount of data through a third party. We will design the data collection exercise and the third party helps us translate that design into an interactive and doable survey, and is going to run the survey distribution and data collection.  This approach assures a wide dispersion of the survey and large numbers of responses. We have already been told that final ownership of the survey results rests with the organization.  However, we need to make sure that we draft a document that covers how the data is used, and more importantly, that we have unlimited access to the data through time.  We need to draft an agreement with this organization (which btw is pretty big) and we are getting very little help from the lawyers at our school.  Anybody had any experience with this?  Any drafts that we can build on?  Any help?

    Thanks

    Julio

A colleague in HR sent me the following question

An email to the expert entrepreneurship professors...

Do you know of any good case (that you don't use in your entrepreneurship core course for the IMBAs of course because I will use it) that talks about "founding team" dilemmas regarding, who to put in the team, how to pay each member, when to negotiate these issues...or these type of more HR related topics for the very early stages of start-ups? They asked me to change a bit the content of my HR start-up lab and I am thinking of using a case as a basis to discuss the "dilemmas" they may be experiencing in their own teams...

Do you have any recommendation of an appropriate case?

    Thanks

    Julio
