The Department of Management and Organizations at the University of Arizona, Eller College of Management, invites applications from qualified candidates for a full-time, tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor to begin in August of 2017. This positon is open to candidates with micro and/or macro research and teaching interests (e.g., Human Resource Management, Judgment and Decision Making, Negotiations, Health Care Management, Conflict Management, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Theory, Strategy). The person selected will be expected to teach at multiple levels (undergraduate, MBA/masters, Ph.D.). A Ph.D. in the field of Management or a related area (e.g., Psychology, Sociology, Economics) is required.
The Department of Management and Organizations is ranked among the top 25 management departments nationwide in research productivity and is recognized as a hub of world-class research. The 14 tenure-track faculty members are known for their expertise and innovative thinking. Tenure-track faculty members include Lehman Benson, Joe Broschak, Aleks Ellis, Allison Gabriel, Stephen Gilliland, Barry Goldman, Songcui Hu, Han Jiang, Tamar Kugler, Elizabeth McClean, Lisa Ordóñez (Vice Dean), Nathan Podsakoff, Oliver Schilke, and Jerel Slaughter (Department Head).
