The Faculty of Economics and Management of the Free University of Bolzano/Bozen is seeking excellent candidates to fill the following academic positions:
• 2 ASSISTANT PROFESSORS in Family Business Management
Profile
The candidate should have a PhD related to the area of Family Business Management in management or Business and Management Engineering or equivalent, obtained in Italy or abroad and a good record of international scientific publications preferably in Family Business Management.
Position
The two positions offered are at the Assistant Professor Level (Junior University Researcher) in Management (SECS-P/08), with a focus on Family Business Management. This non tenure-track contract is a full-time position for a duration of 3 years.
The positions are embedded in the project of the University's family business management platform. The family business management platform is dedicated to purse world-class research and business engagement in the field of family business. The successful candidates will be expected to engage in leading edge research in family business by investigating the distinctive organizational goals, processes and outcomes engendered by family involvement in business.
The salary is competitive.
The positions do not require teaching activities.
