This symposium seeks to ignite new, important discussion by bringing together key emerging theoretical perspectives that explain entrepreneurial behavior under uncertainty and/ or resource constraints. This symposium seeks to clarify overlaps, complementarities and the contrasts of the perspectives on entrepreneurial ingenuity, entrepreneurial bricolage, effectuation, and improvisation and their relation to entrepreneurial identity and personality traits.
SYMPOSIUM STRUCTURE
1. Welcome and Introduction: Merie Joseph Kannampuzha and Reija Häkkinen, University of Jyväskylä, School of Business and Economics, Finland
2. Discussion: Explaining the features of the theoretical perspectives and considering the relations with them by the distinguished speakers, 10 minutes of each participant
3. Questions and future research considerations: Time for questions from audience.
