One of the best comprehensive lists of quality assessements used to be called the Bradford List, and is compiled by Ann Will-Harzing (now at Univ. of Melbourne). What I like about her list is that you can compare across a wide range of systematic evaluations, either by journal or subject catagory. Anne updates the list regularly. See:

Fried, V. H. (2003). Defining a forum for entrepreneurship scholars. Journal of Business Venturing, 18.
The recently released impact factors for the ISI/Web of Science listed journals in the field are as follows:
Journal of Business Venturing 1.846
Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice 1.537
Entrepreneurship and Regional Development 1.174
Journal of Small Business Management 0.661
International Small Business Journal 0.273
(Small business economics -- from memory -- approx. 0.6)
Note that ERD is often underestimated in North American contexts. It's impact factor is way higher than those of JSBM and SBE.
