    Dear ENTREP members,

We are happy to announce our great PDW on

"Active training approaches for employees and entrepreneurs"

on Saturday, August 6 from 12:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Anaheim Convention Center!

During the workshop, you will get to know 3 established training approaches for actively developing employees and entrepreneurs. In addition, you will come into contact with the training methods yourself, as you will adopt the role of an employee or entrepreneur being trained. The following approaches will be presented by our experienced research team:

    -        Learning goal theory, presented by Gary P. Latham (University of Toronto) and Gerard Seijts (Western University, Ivey Business School)

    -        Cybernetic models approach, presented by Karoline Straus ( ESSEC Business School Paris) and Ciara Kelly (Loughborough University)

    -        Action regulation theory, presented by Michael Frese (NUS Singapore and Leuphana University of Lüneburg) and Mona Mensmann (Leuphana University of Lüneburg)

We will also explore how you can transfer the workshop lessons to your own personal and work environments and help you to create your own methods to initiate action and engagement in yourself as well as in your co-workers.

     No pre-registration required!

We're looking forward to seeing you in Anaheim!
