    International Journal of Organizational Analysis

     

    We have openings for the following positions in the IJOA:

    1. An Editor

    2. Three Associate Editors

    3. One Book Review Editor  

     

    Please let us know if you would like to be considered for any of these positions.

     

    About the IJOA (which is now publishing Vol. 14):

    The IJOA is a quarterly journal that publishes original theoretical and empirical articles dealing with national and international issues on organization theory, strategic management, organizational behavior, business and society, and human resource management. It also publishes case studies, research notes, simulations, teaching notes, and books reviews.

     

    If You Want to Submit Your Paper for Publication: 

    Manuscripts must be prepared according to the latest edition of the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association and will be reviewed by double-blind review process. Please send your paper as an attached file in Word to Afzal Rahim (mgt2000@aol.com) for review.
