AFTER you sign up as a reviewer for the ENT Division for the 2016 AoM...

Please take a long look at this - the ENT Division is very proud of its growing breadth in our officers & executive committee. We need your ideas and your energy! (And if not you.. .then you must know someone who would make a great officer of the Entrepreneurship Division of the Academy of Management, yes?

We have had officers elected from the UK, Germany, Italy, Brazil and more - younger and older, male and female and, more to the point maybe, being relatively unknown is not a barrier to getting elected. We've even elected people very new to the Division.

Even if you volunteered to run in past years or you nominated someone, please consider it again.

    THANKS and Entrepreneur Up!

p.s. last year, we did have one person nominate 26 people across the various slots - that *might* been a bit much ;)
Nominating a well-known person is NOT career-advancing ;) But don't be afraid to nominate someone who will add a great new voice to our Division.

    Dear Academy of Management Member:

The Academy's divisions and interest groups are now seeking nominations for a variety of elected volunteer roles. Your help is needed in this important effort to identify future leaders for the Academy!

Nominating is simple: please visit http://apps.aom.org/DivNomination and follow the onscreen instructions to log-in to your Academy profile. Once you log-in, you may select 'Nominate Now' for each of the divisions and interest groups in which you hold current membership.

If you know a colleague with great leadership skills who you would recommend, please submit his or her name today. Or, if you are you interested in serving your division or interest group personally, self-nominations are accepted and encouraged!

Volunteer roles and needs differ from division to division, so please examine each division's list of available roles carefully and read the position descriptions provided to help guide your selection of nominees. Reminders and further details about each division's nomination process may be sent by the respective Nominations Committees.

Most divisions will continue to accept nominees until February 28, so please submit your nominations before that deadline. On behalf of all divisions and interest groups, thank you for your participation in this important process!
