Cross-Listed The Management Department in the College of Business at James Madison University (JMU) invites applications for a visiting assistant professor in Strategic Management for the 2016-17 academic year. This position is a non-tenure track nine month appointment. A Ph.D. in Management or related field is required. Degree from an AACSB accredited business school is preferred. Advanced ABDs may be considered. Candidates must be committed to excellence in teaching and scholarly research. An active research agenda is desired. The successful candidate must be able to teach COB 487 – Strategic Management, a required course for all seniors with a business major. Typical teaching load is 3 courses per semester.
