    Whitman Professor of Entrepreneurial Practice



    The nationally recognized Department of Entrepreneurship and Emerging
    Enterprises at the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University seeks
    a distinguished entrepreneur or member of the venture capital community to
    serve as the Whitman Professor of Entrepreneurial Practice. This is a
    full-time position with a renewable annual contract. Primary duties will
    include teaching up to four entrepreneurship courses per semester in the
    Fall and Spring terms and serving as Coordinator of the Creativity,
    Innovation and Entrepreneurship Learning Community at Syracuse University.
    Additional responsibilities include coaching business plan teams, advising
    students, working with the Syracuse Entrepreneurial Mentors Program, and
    being a contributing team member in the various facets of the
    Entrepreneurship Program at Syracuse University. A bachelor�s degree is
    required and a graduate degree is preferred. Candidates should have a
    distinguished record of entrepreneurial achievements, strong teaching and
    presentation skills, an innovative mindset, and a high energy level.
