PhD opportunities – University of Edinburgh Business School
We are now seeking exceptionally qualified applicants from the UK, EU and overseas for our September 2016 PhD in Management programme. Applications are assessed on outstanding academic achievement, research potential, high quality references and an academic fit in the following broad subject areas:

Scholarships
Every year we offer a number of generous PhD scholarships available on a competitive basis. Most awards cover tuition fees and provide an additional stipend of £14,000 per annum. We offer general awards across the subject areas above, and specific awards tied to research platforms that allow for critical engagement within particular, often interdisciplinary, fields. In 2016, platform scholarships will be offered in the following areas:
· Centre for Accounting and Society
· Centre for Service Excellence
· Credit Research Centre
· Edinburgh Strategic Resilience Initiative

Admission
Admission to the programme is competitive, ensuring that you will be surrounded by other excellent students in a highly productive environment. All applicants must submit a complete online application by the closing date in order to be considered. Course structure
