    The application deadline for the 2016 FASPE Business fellowship is only 3 weeks away. Please share the following reminder about our fellowship in leadership and business ethics widely. Thank you.

    Summer Fellowship in Leadership and Business Ethics
    Fellowships at Auschwitz for the Study of Professional Ethics (FASPE) is accepting applications for its 2016 business program. 

    What: FASPE Business uses the conduct of executives and managers during the Holocaust and in Nazi Germany as a launching point for an intensive course of study on contemporary leadership and business ethics.

    Where: FASPE is predicated upon the power of place. Fellows visit sites in Berlin, Germany, as well as Auschwitz and other sites in Poland, where they consider how to apply the lessons of history to the ethical challenges in business today. All program costs are covered, including round-trip travel from New York to Europe, European travel, lodging, and food.

    Who: Candidates must be enrolled in an MBA or MSC program at the time of application or have received their MBA or MSC between January 2014 and January 2016. Ten to 15 Fellows from American and European business schools and companies will be chosen for the 2016 program. The business program is one of five programs offered by FASPE, all of which are designed to address contemporary ethical issues through this unique historical context. Business Fellows travel and share some seminars with Journalism and Law Fellows. The 2016 program will be co-led by Dr. Mary Gentile, director of Giving Voice to Values, and Dr. Markus Scholz, who holds the Endowed Chair of Corporate Governance & Business Ethics at FHWien University of Applied Sciences in Vienna.

    When: FASPE Business will run from Friday, May 20 through Thursday, June 2, 2016.

    Deadline: Completed applications are due by January 5, 2016.

    FASPE programs are non-denominational. Candidates of all religious, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
