COLLEGE OF BUSINESS
The Department of Management and Quantitative Methods has multiple openings for tenure-track faculty positions at the Assistant/Associate/Full Professor level (pending budget approval), preferably to begin August 16, 2011. Doctorate in an appropriate field and prior university teaching experience required for consideration at the Associate and Full Professor level. Senior ABDs may be considered if in late stages of the program (note that the dissertation proposal defense must occur prior to the campus visit).
Typically, faculty members carry a 3-3 teaching load (no more than 2 preps), teach two days a week (either MW or TR schedule) and class size average is 27 students. Candidates must be able to demonstrate potential and commitment to do both quality teaching and research. We offer competitive compensation and benefits package.

Assistant/Associate Professor of ENTREPRENEURSHIP/SMALL BUSINESS MANAGEMENT: We offer courses in Introduction to Small Business Management, Entrepreneurship I and II, Franchising, Family Business, New Venture Creation, Entrepreneurship in the Arts, and other ESBM related seminars. Candidates able to teach in a secondary area are preferred.
Assistant/Associate Professor of ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR/HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT: In the OB/HR area we offer courses in undergraduate and graduate OB, Leadership, Teams and Team Development, Organizational Change, Organizational Culture, Introduction to HRM, Labor and Employee Relations, Compensation, and Recruitment and Selection. In addition, we offer a variety of undergraduate and graduate elective options.
Associate/Full Professor of INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT & DIRECTOR:
The candidate will be expected to teach IB courses, engage in quality research and serve as the Director of the International Business Institute (IBI). As the Director of IBI, the candidate will be responsible for coordinating internships, managing summer and semester Study Abroad programs, and developing new initiatives to enhance the reputation of the Institute.
