Position Announcement Outstanding Business Faculty Needed
Benedictine College seeks an energetic business faculty member (rank open)
to join 9 colleagues in a growing Department of Business beginning Fall,
2006.
The Department is seeking dynamic leadership to foster excellence throughout
the program. A demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both
internal and external constituencies is expected. The ideal candidate will
possess an earned doctorate in any business discipline (ABD considered and
MBA desirable) with Marketing an area of need. Candidates should
demonstrate excellence in and enthusiasm for undergraduate teaching, and a
commitment to the colleges mission as a Catholic, Benedictine, liberal arts
and residential college. Responsibilities are primarily undergraduate,
although occasional graduate courses may be available. Administrative
leadership is possible for the right person. Preference will be given to
individuals with teaching, consulting, and business experience.
