    All,

Here is a link to six 3 minute videos on how to craft the perfect elevator pitch. They provide an excellent guide on the key topics and how to frame them in a pitch.

We use this as a resource for our regional competition and I provide to all students pitching at the CEO National Elevator Pitch Competition.

    Hello everyone:

A few days ago I asked for your ideas regarding role model elevator
pitch videos. I got numerous responses on and off the list. Thank you!
So here are all suggestions that I got from you. Hopefully useful for
    some of us.

    Best regards

I use Michael Siebel's talk from Lecture 19

of Sam Altman's "How to Start a Startup." He provides formulas for
30-second and two-minute pitches. The link is cued up for the beginning
    Michael's talk.
Ditto on the Wand Company's pitch.

It's a bit longer 5-minute pitch, but I think this one from ABC
Accelerator's first batch was pretty good.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g8drQigB2ww

If it's too long, I'd go looking for pitches from other accelerator demo
days or 90-second pitches from startup conferences.

    Best,
    Ivan

We use this one. Both in class and training for Dragons' Den.

I’ve started using some clips from HBO’s Silicon Valley and can suggest
this clip for the opposite https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J-GVd_HLlps
    (obviously only the first half).

There’s more good stuff in the series to illustrate other concepts
(IMHO) that you ca find on Youtube.

    Hi Andreas,

I find the following combination fun: youdoodoll and storycode =>
pitches last under 3 mins, but to make it really interesting I always
add the Q&A section (about 7 mins each). In short: youdoodoll not so
great pitch, but excellent Q&A. Storycode: good pitch, but very poor Q&A.

There used to be a good video online of Sanergy's pitch in a business
plan competition which in my view is pretty comprehensive. I just looked
online and cannot find the exact same one as I use, but maybe one of the
other ones does the trick too!

    Hope this helps!
