The chapters in the SAGE Handbook of Family Business have just passed their two year wait prior to being posted online. The postings have to have different fonts from the book (or so I believe). That is true of my chapter (The Anthropology of Family Business; An Imagined Ideal), which is available as of today at:

Many of my fellow authors in the Handbook might be unaware of this timing, so my note hopefully will prompt the postings of other chapters.
