    FACULTY POSITIONS IN ENTREPRENEURSHIP/INNOVATION ANNOUNCEMENT
    October 2015

    ESPAE Graduate School of Management at ESPOL (Guayaquil-Ecuador) seeks applicants for a full time faculty position, for appointment in the area of Entrepreneurship & Innovation. Responsibilities include teaching, scholarly research, and service on School committees and /or institutional development projects.

    Candidates must have a doctorate (Ph. D) in Management, Entrepreneurship or related field, or a DBA with a major in Entrepreneurship. Specific research emphases for this position are open; evidence of scholarly research experience through recent publications should be provided.
    Applicants should possess the abilities to teach graduate and executive courses in PMBA, EMBA and Specialized Master Programs such as Master in Project Management, Master in Hospital Management, and or Agribusiness; and must be fluent in English and Spanish (most of the teaching is in Spanish). The teaching load is four courses a year for graduate or executive audiences. Teaching and professional/industry practice experience are desirable.
