Leeds University Business School (UK) and Ericsson AB (Sweden) are delighted to announce Marie Curie PhD Fellowships as part of the European Industrial Doctorate Programme (Marie Sklodowska-Curie Action). We are looking for intellectually curious candidates who aspire to gain a doctorate in the discipline of Management. Sucessful candidates will benefit from an innovative and collaborative doctoral programme that combines training at one of the leading UK Business Schools with a comprehensive placement at the technology champion Ericsson AB.
The salary for a Marie Curie PhD Fellow would be approximately €45,000 per year, plus a family allowance if applicable. Salary will be paid in GBP using an appropriate conversion rate.
Appointed Marie Curie PhD Fellows will investigate organisational, strategic and institutional challenges of Complex and Open Innovation for Networked Society (COINS). Unique features of this European Industrial Doctorate are: a) an in-depth investigation of innovation dynamics at emergent ecosystems and complex organizations, b) industry-led complementary training in the domains of Professional Innovation Management, c) a bespoke programme of COINS network events that bring together doctoral researchers, academics, practicing managers and policymakers interested in innovation and d) 18 months placement at Ericsson AB in Sweden.
