Effective risk management is a core competency of successful entrepreneurs and investors. The entrepreneur should determine what the most important uncertainties are and how to test and mitigate those uncertainties at the lowest cost. Getting Funded develops frameworks and tools for entrepreneurs and investors to chart a path to market, a path to profitability, and a path to investor liquidity. Customer value design helps the entrepreneur to chart a path to market, a business model design a path to profitability, and an investor exit plan a path to investor liquidity.
