    Senior Faculty Position Announcement

     

    Department of Management & Entrepreneurship

    Coles College of Business

    Kennesaw State University

     

    The Department of Management & Entrepreneurship in the Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University is seeking applications for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position at the Senior Assistant Professor or Associate Professor level, starting in August of 2016.  While all areas of management research and scholarship will be considered, strong preference will be given to applicants from cross-disciplinary fields.  Applicants with research and teaching expertise in entrepreneurship along with expertise in organizational research methods or multilevel research are highly desired for this position and will be given priority.

     

    The position is fully dedicated to the KSU Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) program.  The KSU DBA program is a research-focused, AACSB-accredited doctoral program for professionals seeking careers as Scholarly Academics in a university setting.  The KSU DBA program offers specializations in management, accounting, marketing, and information systems.

     

    Candidates must have earned a Ph.D./DBA in Management or a related area, or foreign equivalent, or its equivalent in training, ability, and/or experience.  Applicants should demonstrate the capacity to teach doctoral-level courses and mentor doctoral students.  In addition to an established track record of scholarly publications in leading peer-reviewed journals, successful candidates are expected to possess substantive knowledge in research methods, including quantitative, qualitative and mixed-method approaches.
