    Dear Friends and Colleagues:

     

    How are you? All good? I hope so!

     

    If you get a moment, please check out this video. Our approach to this freshman "UCourse" aligns nicely with the vision of the classroom for the future, at least for those of us who believe in blended learning.

    Later this semester, we plan to create a video documenting the outcomes (e.g., e-portfolios, exam scores, exit interviews). Stay tuned.

     

    Also, if you are interested in e-portfolios, check out http://opennote.org/goldenrod/  Click on a photo. Then click on a name. It then takes you to the student e-portfolio. I learned 100 student names in less than two weeks using this technology. Until this year, I was the guy who always said, "I'm not good with names!" I think this software might become a great business concept. Can you say: "Facebook, buy Flipface!"?
