    The Department of Management in the W. P. Carey School of Business at ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY (Tempe) invites applications for two Assistant Professor tenure-track positions in the areas of strategic management and entrepreneurship with appointments beginning in Fall 2016.

    Essential Functions: The candidate must conduct high quality research that is published in the Department's "A level" journals; effectively teach management courses at the undergraduate and/or graduate level; serve as a research mentor to doctoral students; and interact effectively with colleagues to support and enhance our unique department culture.

    Minimum Qualifications: Possess an earned doctorate in a related academic field or be close to earning that doctorate by the position start date; demonstrate the potential to actively publish in premier scholarly management journals; and show evidence of teaching excellence in one or more areas of management.

    Desired Qualifications: Demonstrate an ability to publish research in premier scholarly management journals.

    The Department of Management and Entrepreneurship in the W. P. Carey School of Business at ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY (Tempe) invites applications for clinical assistant professor, non tenure-track, faculty positions in the areas of strategic management, entrepreneurship, and ethics with appointments beginning in Spring 2018. While these individuals might also teach online courses, we are NOT hiring faculty to teach exclusively online.

     

    Essential Functions:  These individuals will effectively teach management face-to-face courses at the undergraduate and/or graduate levels; serve as a mentor to students; and interact effectively with colleagues to support and enhance our unique department culture

     

    Minimum Qualifications

    The successful candidate is required to possess:

    ·       An earned doctorate in management (or a related field).

    ·       Experience teaching management courses effectively.

     

    Desired Qualifications

    Preference will be given to individuals with:

    ·       Experience teaching multiple courses in management.

    ·       Research publications related to management.
