    The Chair of Corporate Sustainability Brewery and Food Industry is part of the TUM School of Management at the Technische Universität München. It is located at the green campus in Weihenstephan in the Northern part of Munich. Research at the chair focuses on sustainable entrepreneurship and innovation. Starting from the 1st of November 2015, the latest the 1st of January 2016 the chair is looking for a

    Doctoral / Post-Doctoral Researcher (100%)

    The initial contract will run for two years.

    The position includes:

    • Research on sustainable entrepreneurship and innovation in the context of the EU-funded project "Sustainable Lifestyles 2.0: End User Integration, Innovation and Entrepreneurship (EU-InnovatE)"

    • Joint scientific publications in leading international entrepreneurship journals

    •  Teaching at the Technische Universität München

    Job qualifications include:

    • A first class degree (diploma or master) in the field of business and management, majoring in entrepreneurship, innovation/technology management or environmental/sustainability management

    • Excellent knowledge of and experience with quantitative research methods (SPSS, LISREL, PLS, AMOS, QCA).

    • Excellent English language skills (written and verbal)

    • Ability to work independently, precisely and self-responsibly in an open and constructive

      working atmosphere

    • High levels of commitment and motivation

    • Good communication skills


    The Chair of Corporate Sustainability offers:

    • Interesting and relevant research on sustainable entrepreneurship and innovation integrated in a large-scale EU project that brings together 40 researchers from
      14 leading institutions in 9 different European countries

    • Stimulating research and working environment in one of the leading German universities

    • The possibility of a cumulative (post) doctoral thesis at the TUM School of Management,

      one of the largest and most research-intense faculties for business studies in Germany

    • Salary according to TV-L up to E13/E14

    • Excellent infrastructure

      The Technische Universität München is a state university. The university seeks to increase the proportion of women in research and teaching.
